Save Our Songlines

Save Our Songlines

Murujuga is a place of worship.

Our rock art tells our stories; it is our Bible.

We practise and continue to follow our cultural protocols, passing down knowledge of Lore and culture.

As custodians we are entrusted to carry on our traditional customs.

We are joining together to stop new industry on the Burrup from damaging our Songlines, our rock art, our health and our climate.

Ask Tanya Plibersek to protect Murujuga

Woodside Energy and Perdaman have plans to build new industry at Murujuga, also known as the Burrup Peninsula. These developments would be disastrous for cultural heritage and for climate.

The new Federal Environment Minister, Tanya Plibersek, has received applications from Traditional Custodians of Murujuga, asking her to intervene to stop Woodside's Scarborough gas and Perdaman's urea plant.

We want Tanya Plibersek to put an end to new industrial development on the Burrup Peninsula.

Email Tanya Plibersek to show support to Traditional Custodians fighting for Country.

Your emai will be Cc'd to Anthony Albanese and Linda Burney (Aboriginal Affairs minister).
