Save Our Songlines

Save Our Songlines

Murujuga is a place of worship.

Our rock art tells our stories; it is our Bible.

We practise and continue to follow our cultural protocols, passing down knowledge of Lore and culture.

As custodians we are entrusted to carry on our traditional customs.

We are joining together to stop new industry on the Burrup from damaging our Songlines, our rock art, our health and our climate.

Ask Sussan Ley to protect Murujuga

Woodside Energy and Perdaman have plans to build new industry at Murujuga, also known as the Burrup Peninsula. These developments would be disastrous for cultural heritage and for climate.

Sussan Ley has recently intervened to assess threats to heritage at Murujuga, at the request of Traditional Owners. She has asked Perdaman to pause their development while investigations can take place.

We want Sussan Ley to put an end to new industrial development on the Burrup Peninsula.

Email Sussan Ley to show support to Traditional Owners fighting for Country.

Your emai will be CC'd to Ken Wyatt (Aboriginal Affairs minister.)
